Whiskey Caramel Cookies

Notes: 

• add another tablespoon of whiskey to the caramels; 
• use coarse or flakey salt on top; 
• use dark chocolate as your drizzle; 
• and use 1/2 teaspoon of salt in the cookies instead of 1/4 teaspoon
