Salted Caramel Fudge

 Ingredients

Fudge

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Caramel

  • 1/2 cup caramels
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2-4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Line a nine-inch baking dish or Tupperware with parchment for easy fudge extraction
  2. Add all fudge ingredients in one saucepan and all caramel ingredients into another. 
  3. Stir both constantly until all ingredients are melted together and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and scoop fudge into your dish, top with caramel and swirl if you'd like! You can also layer them:)
  5. Chill for 3 hours and top with coarse salt!

  1. Hey, this recipe looks delicious! I have a little tip from an old fudge recipe that has been in my family for years! I have always brought butter and evaporated milk to a boil, for about 10 mins, then add chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff. It makes it so soft and smooth! I suggest you try it!
