Salted Caramel Fudge
Ingredients
Fudge
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Caramel
- 1/2 cup caramels
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2-4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Line a nine-inch baking dish or Tupperware with parchment for easy fudge extraction
- Add all fudge ingredients in one saucepan and all caramel ingredients into another.
- Stir both constantly until all ingredients are melted together and smooth.
- Remove from heat and scoop fudge into your dish, top with caramel and swirl if you'd like! You can also layer them:)
- Chill for 3 hours and top with coarse salt!
Hey, this recipe looks delicious! I have a little tip from an old fudge recipe that has been in my family for years! I have always brought butter and evaporated milk to a boil, for about 10 mins, then add chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff. It makes it so soft and smooth! I suggest you try it!
