Raspberry Pie

 Ingredients

  • 5 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour (plus maybe a tablespoon)
  • 2 pie crusts (recipe here)

Directions

  1. Mix raspberries, sugar, and flour.
  2. If frozen, allow raspberries to defrost after mixed. 
  3. Prepare a 9-inch pie pan with one pie crust, fill with mixture, and put the top crust on. Have fun with the design or put it on top and make some slits. And crimp your edges:)
  4. Place aluminum foil or an edge protector around the edges of the pan. 
  5. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes, remove aluminum foil and bake for another 25-30 minutes. 
  6. Allow to cool and set and then ENJOY!
